Thank you for deciding to help guide and coach new Christ-followers in their ‘walks with God!’ This page will give you the basics for getting started as a Pilgrimage Group Guide.
What am I Committing to as a Pilgrimage Group ‘Guide'?
Attending the Training Events provided by leadership team (see below for details).
4 consecutive months out of the year to lead a group of 4-6 new followers of Christ.
Connecting one-on-one with new followers of Christ who hope to begin a Pilgrimage Group.
What is the training process for Pilgrimage Group Guides?
A couple times a year the Pilgrimage Group leadership team offers training events for all guides that include a run-down of basic commitments, how to lead a Pilgrimage Group, evaluation process, discussion, Q&A, and prayer.
The Next Training Orientation Is For Pilgrimage Group Guides will be Spring, 2013. Dates and times to come!
Determine in advance which 4 month span fits best in your schedule for the coming year. Our hope is that Pilgrimage Groups will run throughout the year so that anyone who gives their life to Jesus will have an opportunity to get involved in a group.
