A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CONFERENCE ROOM REQUESTS:
- NOTE: Conference room requests for Saturday, May 27 – Tuesday, May 30 need to be submitted by Friday May 26 as the office will be closed Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.
- Requests must be submitted by at least 12:00 pm one day prior to the room use time (Requests submitted after 12:00 noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.)
- This is a request only (You will receive a confirmation number and room assignment.)
- Rooms seat 8 people comfortably (maximum of 10)
- Reservations are available for a maximum of 3 hours
- Reservations may be made up to 3 months in advance
